Villa Olivi in Nocchi welcomes up to 6 guests. The villa features a living room with two beds, two bedrooms (one double, one with two singles), and a bathroom with shower. The private kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. This rustic 19th-century building was recently renovated, preserving original features like exposed beams, terracotta bricks, Tuscan wood windows, and a solid marble sink. Private amenities include Wi-Fi, barbecue, baby cot, high chair, and washing machine. Enjoy a large panoramic garden with private parking, olive trees, wooden table with armchairs, sun loungers, and barbecue. The pool is shared with two other villas. Events are not permitted. The pool, 12 meters long, 5 meters wide, and 1.35 meters deep, is open from May to September, depending on weather conditions. The park also features two characteristic annexes: the old limonaia, called Villa Arancio, and the former farmer’s house, called Villa Olivo.
